Mail Items Bearing Insufficient Postage
Underpaid mail items which are subject to surcharge by Hongkong Post will generally not be accepted by Government Records Service. For effective and timely delivery of your mail items, please ensure that sufficient postage is paid before posting (Link to Postage Calculator). Any underpaid mail item not accepted by Government Records Service will be returned to the sender (if a legible return address is provided) or disposed of by Hongkong Post in accordance with their established procedures (Link to Hongkong Post).
