The images of this digitised photo album were transferred from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (Reference No: X1000659). They document the Agricultural Carnival jointly held by the then Regional Council (disbanded in 1999) and the then Agriculture and Fisheries Department (renamed Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department in 2000) at Kwai Chung Sports Ground in 1993.
